Danny ... if You have to think about the pros and cons, I guess the PT isn`t made for You ... :-) Seriously ... fuel consumption is not as good as it probably could be (but it is an american car so what do you expect?). I agree on the low power thing, mine (2001/euro specs) has 143 horses moving 1.7 tons, while the Neon I had before the PT had 136 horses moving 1.2 tons (both had a 2 litres engine). But on the other hand ... with the PT it`s not important to go at 200 kph - remember, it`s a "Cruiser", so "cruising speed" is ok and for emergency accelaration it has enough power. Also you get some great loading capacity ... and - at least here in Germany - you join the group of PT owners, that always signal each other when they meet on the road and if 2 owners meet on a parking lot they are instant friends (like with bikers). So if Your head says "no" and your heart says "yes" - follow your heart ... :-) Talk to you later ...
