Where's the tailgate window regulator?

Station wagons used to have tailgate windows that rolled up and down.
That's when they cost $3,000.

Now their over $30,000, so does the Pacifica's tailgate window regulate
like it should? And if it doesn't, why not?

Its nice when the kids have a direct view out the rear. Why take it away?

Open rear tailgate windows suck in exhaust gases which is not good for
kiddies.... or so they say.
