I purchased door seal material (rubber/woven cloth) from Moss Motors,
along with some metal clips and cannot figure out how to attach the
seal material to the door jam. Can anyone help?

Sounds like it's fitted in the same way as that of most cars of the era.

I would suggest the spring clips are fitted to the door opening edges.
spacing them fairly evenly round the opening, and making sure they are
clipped on as far as they will go.
Then, starting at one end, the sealing trim is fitted over the clips, using
the heel of your hand to make sure it is fully seated and retained by the
clips.
