Good to hear that it /was/ touch and go.

What's his current project, is the eurocar still around ?

I haven't been over to his garage for a while due to an illness in my own
family but last I heard the plan was a to buld a FWD V Mondeo, in best Eddie
style using a car he got for nothing with a rod through the side of the
block. He gave up on the eurocar because of the weight it was built from
something like 2.5 mm tube.
