Am I right in thinking these would be parts for the Austin/Morris 1100/1300
range?

Not necessarily for this particular car. they had heaps of prefixes

all over the range of vehicles.

No, they could be anything. There's no rhyme or reason to Austin-Morris
part numbering, largely because there was so much "parts bin" sharing of
components between models.
