Default 400 GT in music video cameo - 04-01-2006 , 06:56 PM

Another worthless song*, another cute but forgettable pop tart, and a
classic Ferrari:

*Which Britney's hackneyed ghost writers are actually suing over,
claiming plagiarism.

...."Hey! She stole our crap!"

I've always liked them and this reminds me why.

Incidentally, it's better with the sound off, and there's no need to
watch after the car bit is over (it doesn't come back).

You shout and no one seems to hear.
And if the band you're in starts playing different tunes
I'll see you on the dark side of the moon

Actually...

I've been seriously thinking about going over to linux.

Do you mean to say you have, and something as simple as viewing a
nonsense video is then problematic?

I don't use Linux. I use an abortion of it called Linspire. That's why
I'm having trouble with it. It doesn't come with any type of decent
multimedia support without purchasing their add-ons, or hazarding
downloading and installing it via command line Linux.

I wanted to get away from XP just because I had a of problems with it at
home, my fault or theirs still to be determined but probably mine. I
had years of networking and Windows experience but my OS-level
experience with XP is nil. I don't have a lot of UNIX experience and
none with Linux. I "plunged headlong" into it by going with a sort of
Linux-Windows hybrid. That was my mistake.

If you feel you can handle a mainstream, full-version Linux - Red Hat,
etc. If you have programming experience it helps. I'm sure much of
Linux is GUI these day s. But there will still be times you need
command line instructions and procedures. If you know that then you
should be fine.
