Default Concorso 2005 - 11-22-2005 , 04:46 AM

The Concorso 2005 car show at Carefree, Arizona was held on 10/29. Good
turnout of rare Italian stallions including an Enzo, a 250GTO, and 288GTO
(my favorite). Link below is for a photo web page.

Ted.
Ted, you always do a great job with the photos. Looking forward to
going through them later on today, thanks!

I'm still fumbling around here in AZ, with where places are, etc.
Carefree is outside Tucson, correct? Why don't they ever have Ferrari
shows in Prescott? There's a guy who runs a place called Sheldon Street
Auto, on Sheldon Street naturally, and he appears to have the lock on
the repair and maintenance of somewhat shabby, late-60s-early-70s
Ferraris, at least in this area. I've seen him working on two 365 GTC
4s, one a peeling light blue and the other a horrid chocolate brown, and
also a 400i that looked like it was used as a bird feeder. I also saw a
guy driving a faded red 330 GTC that had seen better days, into his shop.

But he DRIVES a 250 GT California and I've also spotted him in a red/tan
Daytona coupe. And he keeps a wicked-ass yellow Lotus Exige with a
trick carbon fiber rear section in his shop when it's not full of
Prescott's wounded Cavallina.
