Come and listen to a story about the old MC
A poor mental case, barely kept his Sweetie free
Then one day he was cookin' like a fool
When he splattered on the stove some bubbling gruel

Grains, that is
wild oats, once waving free

Well the next thing you know, the fire spreads to his hair
and the paramedic said "you jes burned down your lair"
He said "Californy ain't the place you ought to be"
So they loaded up a truck and got rid of old MC

To the Hills, that is
Rose Hills: mausoleums, dead movie stars.

Well now its time to say goodbye to old MC
And we would like to thank you folks for puttin up with he
You're all invited back just to edit all his spew
Just don't ever tell him that his writin's nothin new
