Default Word up, AOLers! - 07-20-2006 , 04:27 PM

Did I sound remotely 'rap' there? did I? huh? huh?

Anyhoooooo, I'm just a-sayin' that I've sent one or two mails to one or
two of you AOL people (C, T308) and they're getting bounced. Clearly
nothing I have to say is of any import, but what else are you missing?

In case you're wondering what fabulous messages you're missing, I've set
up this easy-to-complete 1-of-4 questionnaire style thingy to help you
guess - just choose the answer you like!

1) I love you
2) I need you
3) I'm a bit skint, any chance of a few grand? come on, you wouldn't
miss it... Really.
4) None of the above

(hint: it's 4... well, ok, 1 and 3 are also a good bet. Well ackshully,
1 follows a positive response to 3.)

Alternative interpretation:

Get a decent ISP, FFS!

Ok, now the one that worked for T308 (the account I sent the 'Testing...
Testing...[etc] to) has bounced me back, and C, your AOL isn't accepting
anything from me. Maybe my ISP has been blacklisted by yours (although
mine is pipex, which is quite sizeable). Anyhooooo, even if that is the
case, do you want your ISP bouncing some of your messages without
notifying you?

This is all quite frustrating.

Yes, but oddly only when I replied to you - i.e. it worked once.

Anhooo, if anything important comes up I can always phone but (wherever
the fault/bar lies) it is all a bit shite, isn't it?

We all rely increasingly on internet-based communications and this kind
of basic problem still happens. Imagine if phones had the same
problems - you try to dial someone in New York and you get a recorded
message saying 'Sorry, we are not connecting calls from California. This
is due to some people from California making unsolicited sales calls'.
That would be laughable, and yet here we are...

Ho-hum.

If any o you need to be hooked up with a tifozi.net address let me know,
mail to yahoo seems to bounce but otherwise works fine (pop3/imap accounts).

Best Wishes

It turns out that I can increase the size of my penis quite easily.

I forgot that I even have a spam folder. Your e-mail wasn't in it
though.

<<1) I love you>>

Doesn't everyone?

Do you need me because you love me or do you love me because you need
me?

Shall I pass this request along in the usual manner?

Ooh, a mystery!

<<Get a decent ISP, FFS!>>

I must cling to AOL from pure nostaglia. Now that their Pagan message
boards are defunct, there really is no reason to keep it.

<<-EuroPaul

Mine, mine!!

<<C, your AOL isn't accepting anything from me. Maybe my ISP has been
blacklisted by yours>>

Could this be a port 25 issue?

C.

For all the good it does. Look, I gave him a glass of wine, surely he
can return the favour... magnified... quite a lot.
