2001 F150 4.6Ltr Plug Replacement - 10-31-2006 , 09:19 AM

I am getting ready to replace the plugs on my F150. Does anyone know the procedure for the replacement of the plugs. I have never replace plugs on a 4.6 Ltr engine. I have heard that I need to put some type of grease on the boots when I put them back on. Also, how do I remove the coils? Do I just twist them and pull????
