Changing the oil in my 2000 Ranger

Greetings,

I'm trying to change the oil in my 2000 Ranger 3.0L, and can't for the life
of me find the drain plug...
any idea where this mystery thing is??

Nevermind... after a second look, it was staring me in the face.... talk
about being blind....
