Greetings, Has anyone else experienced this problem? Whenever I get gas for my 2006 4 cylinder Ranger, the check engine light comes on the third time I start it after filling. I then disconnect the battery cable to reset the light and all is well. I've replaced the gas cap twice. Weird, huh? |

Are you filling up to the nozzle cutoff only? If not, this may be the cause.
