I fixed my truck. the problem was the diode that is located in the fuse
box, so anyone having similar problems like me can pull out the diode
and clean it to make sure the connections are good and/or replace the
diode itself.

in the fuse box under the hood and on the drivers side. There are a
bunch of fuses and relays and a black piece that plugs in like a fuse,
but it says "diode" in white acrossed the top of it. It is about the
same size as the big fuses and I pulled it out and cleaned it up and
that fixed it. For some unknown reason that diode which wasn't letting
power go through and let the relays power up.

Learn something every day; I will research this cause I don't see in in any
wire diagrams.
