'81 F-150 Steering problems

After replacing the power steering pump because it was making noise
and hard to steer at times, it seemed to be better for a couple of
days . Then the pump started to groan again and as I was turning into
a parking lot the steering just froze, couldn't turn right or left.
So I had it towed home and thought for sure it was the power steering
gear box.
to make a longer story shorter, I have replaced the power steering
pump, 2 hoses, power steering gear box and still it won't turn, any
one have any other suggestions?

It won't turn? Even manually? Disconnect the pitman arm from the
linkage and see if the box is frozen/jammed. Raise the front and
manually turn the wheels checking for any binding in the linkage. If
the wheels turn with the linkage, then there is something wrong with the
gearbox. Whether/not the power-steering is operating, the gearbox
should turn the steering linkage/wheels if there is no 'bind' in the
linkage.
