How do I remove the trim around the seat belt track on a 1995 escort?

The auto seat belt on the drivers side is stuck half way and i cannot
figure out how to remove the trim, does it just pop off?

The stuck shoulder belt is usually an indication of a problem with the
seat belt control module under the driver's seat but it could be the
track motor too.
