However, had you actually read the spam article, you would have realized that the system was one where cameras take pictures of the road every 15 minutes and determine if there is ice on the road. If there is ice on the road, it alerts drivers. Does your Continental do that? Didn't think so. |
especially useless since it depends on cameras "placed in the most
dangerous stretches of Hokkaido Prefecture." I don't drive there very
often.
It doesn't seem to me that this application is indented for the US, at
least not anytime soon. Some of the GPS's you buy can receive local
road condition information, so I think they would be at least as good
as this, and you don't need a Nissan to get them.
