He's wrong in any case. 1961 Dutch GP had no retirements at all. There
were 15 starters and 15 finishers in the race. There is also no record
of any pitstops in the race:

Masten Gregory and Ian Burgess qualified for the race but did not start
because they were on the reserve list.
