The rule does say something like "cause an avoidable collision", though - and if he hadn't moved there wouldn't have been a collision. |

At least Kimi in the post-race interview claimed to be already ahead of Ralf. The spot of impact where Kimi hit the Willims (right behind the front tyre) to me confirms the order at impact was JPM->Kimi->Ralf->Rubens. |
