Only because no on else was driving the Ferrari.
So you think Massa would be 2 seconds clear then?

I think it's Newnman-like to proclaim him quickest with his teammate
sat out.
^ That has to be one of the most inane comments I've seen in quite some
time.

Um... 6 tenths faster than a Super Happy Friends is nothing to boast about.
2007 could well be Takuma's year. 8]

I think it's entirely MJF-like to proclaim any kind of useful comparison

I'll apologize for even unintentionally misspelling your name, but the
fat remains: No one else drove the same car, to claim the guy
quickest is as least unscientific.

....so if someone posts the fastest time out of all the cars that ran, he
wasn't the fastest that ran? Wow.

Oh FFS, Mark. The only fact that remains is, that only those who ran
can qualify to be the fastest ! Since Massa had a day off, if he was
quicker than his usual 2.45 minutes, his girlfriend would have killed
him.

If i have 10 cups of coffee and i heat up 6 of them in 6 different
microwaves.. Which one will burn your tongue the worst ?
The 7th could, so none of them will ? I'll get the water hose..

I don't understand. Can I have an example which includes
more concrete things like "most wins in a season"?

I'll repeat the point that you missed - to claim anything accurate about
anyone relative to anyone else based only on testing times is entirely
unscientific, and to suggest that if Kimi was driving that you'd be able
to know something is to display your ignorance once again. Invoking me
as a cover when I had nothing to do with the thread beforehand just
makes you look even more stupid.
