Default OT - Knives offer is on again - 05-14-2007 , 04:30 AM

I posted this link a while back... a set of Jean-Patrique stainless
steel kitchen knives worth (they say!!!) £125 free, all you pay is the
postage. I had a set, and very good they are, too. The offer is on
again (via Sansbury's magazine), so all yo need to do is to go to the
website using the special link

http://www.jean-patrique.co.uk/SBY017

and you can order your set for free, postage etc is £9.95

Shit! What a drag!

I am most definitely interested in the 15 piece cookware set, with the
free knives thrown in, all for £99.95. We need to replace our pans and
knives, and this looks like a great deal.

Sadly, the offer is only open to UK residents...

I want to buy one of those Rambo knives... Remember Sly doing all
those nice things with it (cooking food, making clothes etc)? :-P

Too bad they don't sell it here.

Well... don't you know someone in the UK ? Perhaps, the guy who is
paddling these steak knives on this group ? ;-)

Oh and WTF is Pete ?

Pete's in India (or Pakistan/Bangladesh). I'd willingly get them for
ric but I'm not going to Le mans this year. Pete bought a set last year
and is well chuffed with them.

Dave's local waterhole is further than France is from you.
Just float it over the channel. Or wrap it over and use that new thing
called "postal services". ;-p

Btw, i was pretty sure you would do that for him if with the extra
cost of postage (and customs ?), it still remained a bargain.
Here we don't usually get hit by customs for anything below $250.
Makes it a bitch to import and stack a Bentleigh though. ;-)

Well they keep bringing it directly to my desk - or into meetings. Very
strong, scaldingly hot, milky and sweet - not quite how I drink it
myself (very strong apart ) but it's endless
