I'm not so sure. I have a sneaking suspicion that Red Bull will be right
up there with them, and I am not convinced Ferrari will be quite up
there.

I think Ferarri will self-destruct with Massa and Fred, in the same way
that Fred threw his toys out the pram at Mclaren.

I agree. I think it will be between McLaren, Red Bull and, possibly
Brawn.
But obviously it's far to early to say.

He had good reason too! If Ferrari treat him well he will reward them
with further world championships, if they treat him as Massa's wingman
it will end in tears as it did at McLaren - it is that simple.

And given what Massa has already said about Alonso, it is going to be
nothing if not interesting.

I'm starting to suspect far from being the fizzer he looks, Fisi is putting
in a bunch of valuable development work for next year. But agree Red Bull
are my early favourites to have the best car in Winter testing, at least.

Vesa

I reckon it depends on the rumor about Brawn becoming "preferred" by Merc.

It will be interesting. But Ferrari has been working on next years car for a
while, and for good reason. It would be nice to see a come back. In the
intrests of fun, I want to see it.

All I know is that Alonso moved to McLaren and Ron Dennis hated him, and Ron
even got along with Senna. That implies to me that Alonso must be a real a-
hole. I read an intervew with Villeneuve recently and he said that he missed
seeing the driver acrimony and polemic from his days. He said that "they all
like each other" and that was new to him (new to me as well). But seriously,
does anyone like Alonso save for Flavio?

Anyway. A great race today. Jenson fought well and proved himself to be a
worthy DWC. A happy ending.

An Italian driver in a Ferrari? Even when the outcome wasn't special.

That alone is a rarity. And I've been a fan of his for years.

He's probably been dreaming of his latest job for most of his career.

I don't care for Webber. But I was thinking, has Jenson ever been a jerk
or done anything to offend people? I can't remember him doing anything bad.
For being a good guy I say Way to Go Jenson!
