There seem to be more posts now after the season is over, is this an
indication of how boring the races have become?

Peter R.

Not at all, people are now reflecting on the season and the formula in
general. In general I think this season has been more interesting than
many recent ones, especially the 'Schumacher leading from the the front'
years.

I haven't noticed any rave reviews of the U.A.E. track either. I'm
wondering if the majority of fans did not like that Tilke track.

A typical Tilkedrome, not a real track.

I got the impression from comments here that the track worked out better
than most expected.

A good part of that (surely) was that expectations started pretty low.

Yes. We were expecting a snoozefest.

Sadly, we got even worse.

Shite track.

Yep, and this is the first time I've visited. I download new posts for my
groups twice a day and have seen that ther have been more than a thousand
posts here since season's end.

Villeneuve G famously complained how "fucking boring" the races had
become - in 1981!
His solution was 5L V8s, no wings and big fat slicks.

ie. faster cars - but when I said that was the way to go in an earlier
post, the resident pricks shot me down.
Duh! You know fuck all about F1 huh? It doesn't mean faster cars at all
(although they could well be). It means no bloody great big wings tearing up
the air behind the car so that others can't get close enough to pass.

Try buying a clue....
