He is turning into one of those drivers that no matter how hard he
tries, he just never seems to make it to the top.

All the pieces that a make winner, driver, car, team, luck just never
appear to fall into place at the same time. It just wasn't meant to be.

Supposedly earlier in the week Kimi was leaving the track in the afternoon
before Shumi who wasn't even racing
