After the Frogs disdain for America and the Iraq war, seeing Lance win this year is as good as it gets. I can hear those frogs croaking in anger already. Let them eat snails. You obviously know nothing of the cycling world and the fact that the French love Armstrong and have great respect for him. They welcome him as one of their own, instead of rejecting him based on his nationality. He lived in the country for some years, and took the time to learn the language. I also do not understand your drive to take credit for, or share the glory of another person's accomplishments. Why? Simply because they are from the same country? I constantly hear stories of other American cyclists in Texas, and other Midwestern and Southern states, being hit, run off the road, and even deliberately killed by pickup trucks of the same country men that now attempt to take pride in Lance's accomplishments. You are the epitome of why people around the world think of Americans as buffoons. You have the right, however, to display your ignorance. Perhaps you are not familiar with the frequent jeering that Lance has had to endure these past five years. I have video tape as proof. Or, for that matter, what about the repeated charges in the French press regarding Lance and performance enhancing drugs. Put in the correct key words and Google will almost explode. |

And its so nice of you to characterize all Americans as buffoons based on your glittering generalities of the French. |

Outdoor Life showed a half hour prelude and two hours of live riding every day. And then repeated it at least twice each day. Except on Sundays, when CBS paid more to show just a few minutes. |

Define "large majority." Your side lost - get over it. |
