Default Max's morals - 04-05-2008 , 04:36 PM

On Saturday Max said that his romp with five prostitues was "Harmless and
completely legal"....

So adultery, prostitution and setting your fastest lap/sector time passing
waved yellows are all LEGAL !!

Any descent man would have stepped down by now.. but sadly Max is neither !

Actually none of the described offences are ILLEGAL (Unless the UK law
on adultery differs from many of the european ones, which is
possible). :P

Not in the UK in the way it seems to have gone on.

Since Masa wasn't penalised then yes, in this case you are correct on all
counts.
Actually, even if that actually happened -didn't see that bit of qualy
yet- it wouldn't be ILLEGAL, it would be against sporting regulations
of the sport :P [I know, I'm just being cheeky here sorry]

Actually in that case it can be illegal.
1 result for: illegal
il·le·gal /?'lig?l/ [i-lee-guhl]
-adjective 1. forbidden by law or statute.
* * * 2. contrary to or forbidden by official rules, regulations, etc.: The
referee ruled that it was an illegal forward pass.
I bow to your correctness.

I believe that /soliciting/ is illegal but not prostitution ... makes
one wonder why there are so many soliciters in the UK ...

Cheers

Is there such a thing as an Ethics Committe in the legal profession in the
UK? Certainly, there is one in mine (medical) and behaviour such as that
displayed by Mr Mosley would have had serious repercussions, questioning
whether the professional in question possesses adequate standards of
personal ethics consistent with those required by his profession.
