Isn't it just unpainted carbon fibre but with the sponsors decals on?

If they are trying new aero parts they may not have had time (or just
bothered) to paint them. I read somewhere that McLaren use a special paint
process to get the metallic effect. The Vodaphone name would take minutes to
put on in the garage.
