Your point is?

sigh

I am not trying to make a point. I just thought you looked lonely.

With Lorenzo out and from when Rossi passed Dani (on whatever lap,
seemed pretty early to me) the from two were in a class of their own
and Casey was fairly comfortably in control of the race.

Is that a Z900? If so I've still got scars on my left hand from one of
those.

Yeah that's it, a Z1A model, I think a '75 build (but can't recall anymore)

I loved them as a young kid as a cool guy in my street rode one. LOL

I really admire Ducati SD900's from that period too. For a similar reason. A
smoking hot 5th grade teacher rode a black n gold one to school.

LOL, yeah, that's the one that bit me (in about '82).

They were wicked-fast in a straight line.

I had a mate with an SD back then, hotted up a bit. I got to ride it a lot.
Luvverly bike. I loved the long wheelbase, how much confidence I could have
to really lay it down in long corners (he had Metzlers on it, of course..).
Awesome machine.

I've never ridden one But the exhaust note and styling are close to
perfect if I had to spec out my ultimate Sunday rider bike.

Some people question my taste though, as the early FJ1000 Yamahas are
another model I swoon over.

I used to fancy an FJ1200 for a touring bike, but that was 20 years ago
and I never did buy a tourer.

Ah, the old ducktail. Me too, although on reflection I'm damned glad I
opted for my trumpet... those FJ1200's were, well, a mite boring.
