Could somebody please brief me what Eddie's case is actually based upon? Either he has a signed contract, or he doesn't. Or is that to simple? |

Vodaphone say no there wasn't, and your internal memo saying things weren't settled yet proves it. Either he has a signed contract, or he doesn't. Or is that to simple? EJ never got one, and his biggest problem as a businessman. He makes verbal agreements that evaporate behind his back. |
