Rosberg apparently missed the tyres and hit a concrete wall, which will
lead to safety concerns, even though he's fine. Williams have decided to
pack up and go home.

How so?
All the times for day 3 on Pitpass are faster (and presumably later in
the day) than the ones you found.

Presumably Brendan is wetting himself because Massa's time was a whole
0.013s faster than Kimi's, on different days in different conditions
with a different test program and probably a different fuel load.

I posted the latest times *at* lunch time. You can't get more timely.
I know, but I think the suggestion is that one should wait until the end
of the day - that's what he meant by "a little soon".
