ISTR that the Daytona Spyder was a fake anyway (and not even a fake made
from a real Daytona - it was a `Vette chassis with some Ferrari bits and
panels on it! - I think the story was that Ferrari North America
were PO'ed at this and gave them the TR for the later series).

I have to point out now that I have /never/ /ever/ watched an episode of
Miami Vice. Unfortunately, back in the 80s, a lot of my friends did.
