Schumacher to take pay cut in 2007

Having stated that it will be Ferrari or nothing, Michael Schumacher is
expected to take a pay cut for 2007, if he stays in Formula 1-- fact,
rumour, or just me stirring poop ?

For management, there is much inducement to go for a younger driver at a
lower pay scale and not lose skill-level, aka Kimi

I wonder if Renault would be willing to pay top dollar for him ?
(Probabally not, but maybe they don't have the financial constraints
Fiat has)
