WOW WHAT A FINISH IN GT 2.!! that is racin.
after 12 hours to be rubbin fenders at the finish line...
best sporty car finish in a long time.

will there be a fight in the pits?

oh yeah the ferrai beat the porshe

that's Porsche, and to me it looked like a Neckar finish. Kind of a
deliberate punt into the wall, but cheating comes naturally in a Ferrari..

it wasn't cheating

Fantastic race. There's finally real competition in GT2.

Say, Emma, was that you that mailed Radio LeMans this morning? The
announcer said something like "Emma says that she's very fond of
Stephan Johanssen..."

I just about fell off the couch when I heard that!

Yes, it was me that he was talking about but I hadn't even prompted him!

The commentator, John Hindhaugh, just knows my preferences and likes to
have a dig at me whenever he can! <G>

A good start to the ALMS season, some teams have a lot of work to do
while others have surprised themselves and everyone watching. Should be
a good year!
certainly a lot of work on electronics needs to be done.
Electronics, overheating, gearbox, batteries, the list goes on!

Oh, that's so funny.

And imagine that... with the millions of Emmas in this world, I just
knew it was you!

Good race yesterday... hope the rest of the ALMS season goes like
that. I think I might drive down to Portland and watch them again
this year (if Portland is on the schedule...haven't checked yet.)

My best to you and Pete...

Tom

There aren't many of them that are rabid Johansson fans though. ;-)
Hindhaugh also mentioned me on his Midweek Motorsport show a few weeks
back when interviewing David Brabham so I'm getting quite a few name
checks from him!

I think its going to be one of the hardest fought seasons in P2 & GT2,
sadly the other classes just don't have enough cars to make them
competitive.

The series isn't going to Portland this year - you can see where they
are going via -
