Default Tossing a coin to decide a championship - 04-16-2007 , 11:04 AM

IIRC there was a case a few years ago (1980s I think) where a UK club racing
championship was tied between 2 drivers (equal points & placings) so in
order to decide it they tossed a coin...

Does anyone recall which championship it was and who the drivers were?

Should have made them run around the circuit with their race suits and
helmets on. The winner of the race becomes the champion.

How about two cars with "1/2" on 'em?

1.5 surely.

You're right, I'd forgotten we'd gone digital, back when I was born we

Well, then in the old style would be "3/2".
