From Autosport:- US-based Interpublic Group wants £70m for its four UK race circuits - Brands Hatch, Cadwell Park, Oulton Park and Snetterton - reports the Sunday Telegraph. Interpublic, which bought the circuits for £120m in 1999, has appointed the UK corporate finance arm of real estate specialist Jones Lang LaSalle, which reports "over 70 enquiries in the pre-marketing period." Brands Hatch has been estimated at £35m. The circuits should be sold by September. |

I bet they could sell off Brands Hatch to build houses because the track is right next to a residential area. |

Tim Sadly they cannot expand the track or probably run F1 races there because the houses are too close. |

But like I said, there is no danger, apparently, of BH getting bulldozed into a new housing estate because it can't be built on. |
