The qualifying for the Chinese GP was this morning. Do ITV show it at the
regular 13:00 hrs ? , NO they show some backyard gardening and the worst
funniest pets !!. The quailfying gets demoted to 23:30. :O(

I never even bothered to check if the qualifying was on live here. The race
is of course yet the qualifying just doesn't move me and I think the networks
have already figured that out. That would be why, obviously, that they're
going to tinker again with it next season. Which of course imho is dumb as
they had qualifying almost as exciting as the gp itself a few years ago.
Guess the ole 'it if ain't broke don't fix it' routine simply doesn't apply
to F1...

current qualifying is basically as waste of petrol, watching jackanory has a
greater excitement level

But instead we are meant to wait until the middle of the night and watch the
Quali about 5 hours before the race starts !! again !!

I think the real reason is that ITV can't afforrd to pay for Quali from all
the round as local channels to the actual event out bid them on it..?
