Which I find a bit on the boring side. If I want to watch an endurance race
I will tune in to the many ALMS and 24hdlm. Also, doubly penalizing teams
for reliability problems is not in the best interest, IMO. The old way to
make sure reliability was a factor was that when your engine broke, you were
out of the race. That seems good enough for me. Now 10-spot penalties for
changing engines and nailing you with the single-lap qualiy order the next
race just serves to make for LESS competition. Wrong idea.

less valid?? A fucking monkey could have won the last 5 WDC driving the
Ferrari given the #1 special treatment Schumacher gets.
It doesn't get any less valid than Schumacher's titles, they are
worthless. And now he is utter crap without the Ferrari super cars of
the past 5 years.

If you love him, hate him, or are a normal, balanced individual, it
doesn't matter. His achievements, whatever you think of them or how he
achieved them, have made him a Formula One legend for all of eternity.
Some of us take a step back occasionally and remind ourselves how lucky
we are to be witnessing the career of somebody who will be such a
legend. Even if you think he's a prick.

Personally, i'll always remember him as the dirtiest driver in F1, The
*incident with Damon to win his WDT (possibly an accident) but the incident
with Jaques was downright scumbag cowardice.

Here's one for the record books, How many *legends* have had ALL their
points taken away for the whole season?...
Now THAT will be good reading in the F1 racing history books (or will they
nicely omit it?)

It probably irks some people for a Spanish driver in a French car to kick
butt.
