Got a 92 lumina i'm working on for a friend.

The turn signals were blowing the fuse, figured it was a short. pulled
theswitch out, and replaced it with another one, now its not blowing
fuses, but not doing anything else either. Also, the hazards now only work
on the front lights. Can't see anything in the wiring diagrams as to why
this should be. Any thoughts of what might be the problem?

Vehicle is a 92 lumina euro 3.1
