Is this a good price for a CRV?

The msrp for a 2003 CRV EX 4WD is $22860 and the dealer says he will
sell it for $21500. Any help?

if it's used, odds are he paid about $17,000 for it at an auction or trade.
Offer him somewhere in the middle if it's inline with the Edmunds guide.
Remember, Edmunds doesn't buy cars, they just give you an opinion.
