Default 2008 Honda Element SC Driver's Auto Up WIndow Reverses - 01-07-2009 , 05:00 PM

I click the switch up for Auo-Up and then it goes about 1/2 way up
then starts to go back down. I click the swtich again and same thing.
About the third time it goes all the way up. Car is running but parked
in my driveway (no speed or bumps ).

Try greasing the window tracks with silicone lube (autozone, pep boys, etc.
stock it). Either something is obstructing the path or the window is
binding in the track. Usually its the latter & the silicone will fix it.

It is under warranty so get it fixed. My 3 year old van has same feature
and works perfectly every time.
