My original review for this watch is below, but I was so impressed with the customer service that I'd gladly change my rating to at least a FOUR STAR review if I could, however you can't change the ratings once they're out there. When I entered the review below the owner of the store immediately contacted me without my solicitation and offered to replace the watch for free. He quickly sent out a new watch and so far it seems to be working fine. I'd definitely recommend this seller.**ORIGINAL REVIEW**I bought this watch for my husband because he hates watches but he wanted something cool to wear that didn't have hands or numbers. This watch was really fun for a few weeks. It was easy to figure out how to tell time as long as you didn't mind only knowing the time to the nearest quarter hour. But then today the little ball fell out of the watch. This watch wasn't that cheap, and I'm surprised it only lasted a month before falling apart. My husband wasn't doing anything crazy while wearing the watch, just sitting at a desk working. We are going to try to return it. I'm really disappointed.

Very cool Laco rolling ball "Time to be touched" watch in brushed steel, from the "Abacus" line. If you want to start a conversation, get this watch, they're outrageous!
