Is it still under warranty? If so - take it back to the dealership and have
them reset it.

No lemon law in your area? Seat belt has lifetime guaranty. Look into SRS to see
if you're entitle to a new system.

I have a 2001 EX-I4 manual,

For nearly 2yrs, the SRS keeps coming on the day after Honda resets it. This
has happened 30 times, and now I just drive the car with the SRS light on
all the time.... my nerves are at an end! When Is Honda going to realize
that there is a major problem?

... And I always get asked the same question - was there something light on
the passenger seat... I was even was asked a couple of times whether someone
was sitting in the seat and farted? maybe they were trying the cheer me
up... But I could see they were serious!!!

Anyone who mentions SRS.. and I start climbing the walls... thanks for
listening... I feel a lot better now after venting!!!

Anyway, I just reset the SRS jumper connector when I feel like it!!!!

I know that the airbags are deactivated when the srs light comes on - I just
gave up worrying after the 20th time at the garage (and the garage is 3/4hr
each way to drive - maybe I should charge my gas to Honda?). Each time Honda
just keeps resetting the system and that's all they are doing!!!!
