A meaningless, unproven and possibly frivolous lawsuit against JDS Uniphase
which has nothing at all to do with Champ Car. Dave Reinninger's a feeble
minded Yokel who has no idea how the legal system works and doesn't understand
that it's standard procedure to name company executives in legal actions and
that legal actions do not in themselves constitute guilt or even involvement
of the people named.

More proof of how Dave Reinninger pulls bull shit out of his ass and, in his
simple mind, believes that others are as gullible as he and will believe it.

Tell us the fairy tale about how Toronto's Champ Car race and Long Beach don't
make money again, Dave. It's always funny laughing at the village idiot.

No wonder you're a janitor at GMU. Thank-you for proving John Peters
correct:

"All the IRL posters are trolls, Reininger is one of the worst due to his love
of distorting facts and making fallacious, baseless claims."

My guess is that you have a criminal record. No one is as dishonest as you
are and gets away with it.

I dunno.

I just read the class action complaint, which names Kalkhoven
and Dan Pettit as defendants (is he still the P in PKV?) and the
allegations sound a lot like what's going on with the OWRS.

OWRS sounds like another pump and dump but there's nothing
left to pump.

Notice the date of the lawsuit: Dated: April 9, 2002

C'mon Dave, tell us how the lawsuit made out.

Reach deep into that fat, southern Yokel ass of yours and pull out some more
famous Dave Reinninger bull shit.

Get back to fucking your sister, Jethro. Banjo playing mongolids like you
don't belong here.
