Looks like the Chevies are in for it this time. It sure wasn't
horsepower that allowed Sam to pass all those cars at Richmond and
Pikes Peak. BTW in an article on Eddie Cheever at the ICS web site, he
kinda lets the cat outta the bag, saying that big changes are coming
at Chevy.
