ABC hypes the 500 as the "Everest of motor racing."

Didn't they think that "Everest" would look much better in HD?

More reason to restrict conglomerates like Disney/ABC/ESPN.

It not only wasn't in HD on my local ABC channel, but it
wasn't even listed as being in HD in the DVR guide. Fox shows all
their NASCAR races, and ESPN2 does all the NHRA drag races in HD. ABC
advertised the spelling bee, and their upcoming soccer coverage being
in HD, but the Indy 500 isn't "worthy"???
