How about we do the same for the IRL? Afterall, with 0.3 ratings in
both series, one can only declare that OPEN-WHEEL RACING IS DEAD.
It's only a matter of time. How can the IRL succeed with 0.3 TV
ratings?

big difference is that the .3 cable numbers are the lower portion of the irl
rating and it is the higher range of cart's tv numbers. now numbers like the
..15 cart got earlier this year is something that really means trouble. the
irl's 1.8 and 1.5 numbers help even out that .3's sadly cart does not have a
1.8 to fall back on.

Exactly. To sum up, there are CHUMPS who follow CART. And there are
liars who follow the IRL.

what part of CABLE NUMBERS does phil the lip not understand... cbs is NOT
cable. lets compare apples to apples. lower range of irl CABLE numbers
300,000 hh range, lower numbers of cart CABLE numbers 87,000 hh

CBS race.....1.4 for CART and 1.0 for Michigan...looks as McShick ended up with
the "rotten apple"

CART closes its doors at the end of business every day.

Remember, you're trying to talk to a liar and a con artist. You'd
have better luck with the Iraqi Information Minister!

The facts are the facts... when the IRL was on non-network TV, it
pulled a 0.3, which was lower than CART. Ouch, the IRL sponsors
aren't going to like that!

Yes lets. Just for the record, cart has not drawn a 1.4 final rating
for any race on any network in the USA this year. Of course, flopT631
and facts are an oxymoron.
