Restart on Lap 156

Was it just me, or did Wheldon jump the restart? Is it illegal to pull
past a car before the S/F line on a restart, or is that just on race start?

It is in NASCAR... But I think once the Green flag flies in Indycar,
it's go.

You are correct.

Can you go below the line with two wheels or do all wheels have to be
above the line?
