Who Says they aren't making any more oil?

, the SACROC field near
Snyder, Texas had passed the 50 billion barrel mark in production long ago.

Nothing in that article says "they" are making any new oil. "They"
just discovered another oil field to pump from. The oil has been there
since it was converted from living matter eons ago.

How do you figure that it is a renewable resource.

Oh yes, I read further. The spontaneous oil creation theory doesn't
seem to have been picked up by any reputable news services.

The SACROC Unit recently passed the 1.3 billion bbl mark.
I used to live there and work on the wells. I went back last year and found the
smaller towns are nearly ghost towns now.
