Wet weather spin offs & crashes do tear off wings & wheels but
historically don't cause many injuries, helped I'm sure by traveling
20-40% slower in the wet. They have to learn sometime if they are going
to run road & street courses. Also off the top of my head it looks like
at least 2/3 of the field have had some rain experience in some formula
class.
