I went to take off the broken one till the new one gets here and the nut at the top turns, the threads don't (good sign) but nothing happens!! Strange. The bolt must be broken inside the collar but WHY wouldn't the threads turn with the nut then??? The nut is stripped? Earle |

He might be able to put a thin screwdriver under the nut and twist to lift the nut as he tries to turn it. |
