They have some excellent advice too!
"First of all, do yourself a couple favors. If you aren't familiar with
how an engine works, don't work on it. Have a qualified mechanic do it.
If you are familiar with how it works, don't fix something that is
unrelated to your problem. For example: If the problem is that you can
physically view (say, through a clear fuel filter) that gas is not going
into your carb, then don't change the spark plugs expecting your fuel
delivery problem to be fixed. It won't be."
